What’s New in VUK Communiqué 507

Effective 1 September 2019, VUK Communiqué No. 507 on the Secure Mobile Payment and Electronic Document Management System introduced rules for sales and payment processes.

The communiqué defines the system as the infrastructure—jointly operated by financial institutions or device manufacturers and private integrators—for sales and collections and related fiscal documents in electronic form, as authorised by the Revenue Administration.

Authorised operating entities that completed permits and testing began offering compliant products and services.
