GMÖEBYS is the system permitted by the Revenue Administration for processes—carried out by financial institutions or special integrator organizations together with fiscal device manufacturers in line with the procedures set out in Communiqué No. VUK.507—covering sales and payment/collection transactions and the creation, transmission, storage and submission as electronic documents of related fiscal documents.

The Secure Fiscal Application (GMU) is the core application that ensures all operations in the e-Document system start and end securely, and encompasses the central system and endpoint software on which other applications rely.
